Due to South Korea LG Electronics is with the German Siemens under the LED two pipes ( LED ) business patent dispute, LG Electronics request Korea Central Court on the use of Siemens LED Audi and BMW implement sales ban.
LG Electronics said:" Audi and BMW adopts Siemens subsidiary OSRAM ( Osram ) production of the LED headlight assemblies, and the LED component violated our patents, serious impact on the domestic LED industry, so we have to use the OSRAM LED car makers appealed."
