Wholly owned subsidiary of Chery Automobile in Wuhu Chery Technology Co., Ltd. has signed with the French Valeo joint venture agreement, by the Wuhu Chery Technology transfer of Robbie's Automotive Lighting Systems, Inc. 80% of the shares to the Valeo Group, set up a new joint venture in Wuhu Valeo automotive lighting systems, Inc., engaged in research and development, production and sale of Valeo lighting products, mainly for Chery and the Chinese market.
