Bosch Automotive Aftermarket business on December 1, 2011 the formal completion of Yang Hong of Taiwan Group (Unipoint) of the acquisition. The case has been through the relevant antitrust authorities. The two sides did not disclose the specific amount of the transaction.

     In 2010, Yang Hong Group's turnover was $ 124 million, has 2,360 employees worldwide. Yang Hong, and NSA's Unipoint brand will be retained after the completion of the acquisition.
