American Axle & Manufacturing Inc. has announced that next year will be permanently shut down its factory in New York Chick Tovar, the Labor Department has issued a warning notice will be February 25 next year the plant laid off 83 employees.

     A few months ago, said American Axle had to shut down the plant because the plant's union workers to refuse to pay 33% of the company's proposal failed to reach a new labor contract.

     The plant will be on February 26 next year shut down, there may be delayed. February 25 next year, workers have been fired before, the company has complied with the existing labor contract.
